Monthly Challenges

Each month, 101 St Fitness Centre offers engaging programs and challenges that cater to our members needs. Challenges vary from focusing on physical fitness components such as cardiovascular, strength building and stretching / mobility. Some programs will guide you through healthy eating and mindfulness tips. Continue reading to learn about the current challenge and access some of our past programs and challenges!

LET FATE DECIDE... Your Workout

This October, our challenge is ready for spooky season.

​

Every time you come to the fitness centre, be sure to roll the dice, and let fate decide your workout.

 

Once you roll the dice, check the displayed chart to see what workout goes along with the number you rolled.

​

Complete your workout, and fill out a ballot with your results from your assigned workout. The person who submits the most ballots will win $100 gift card to the place of their choosing!

No Registration Necessary.

Join our community, share your activities and give kudos!

Are you a big Strava user? Join the 101 St Fitness Strava Group to share your activities, provide encouragement to fellow colleagues and you can participate in challenges directly from Strava! 
Only members of 101 St Fitness will be approved to join.
